Had a leaky pipe under my bathroom sink this morning, called them they were here this afternoon and fixed it. Can’t ask for much better service than that. James and Jaiden we’re very polite and I even found that I could joke with them a little bit. Before they left I looked at them and I said I hate to say this but I really hope I never have to see you again. They both laughed. Definitely will be calling this company the next time I have any problems.

J&S was subcontracted by the company I hired for my kitchen remodel. It required several visits by different crews, including disconnect, rerouting a vent pipe, and installing all of the new components. Every visit was flawless from start to finish. The crews were prompt, pleasant, and efficient, and the work was thorough and solid. I didn’t have control over who my contractor hired, but having worked with them on this project, I would gladly call them back the next time I need work done.

I called J&S Plumbing one evening and they were able to get someone out to my house the next morning to repair a shower valve that needed replacing. We had no water for that evening and they knew that we needed it back on as soon as possible. David Cash came out to the house and was able to replace the shower valve and also upgrade some of the plumbing issues that he saw behind the wall before they became a problem. I appreciate all the hard work and the professionalism that David showed towards me and my family. Great company and I highly recommend them!

We had an issue with our shower and hired another contractor to come out and fix it, they got our shower running again but didn’t fix the problem. Jeff told us to call them and they would fix the problem . Mr. Hatfield came out and fixed the problem quickly, he was in our house for less than an hour and fixed the problem and charged us Les than half what the other guys quoted us . Thank you J&S!!

I emailed on Thursday to get a price comparison with another company. J&S gave the best pricing of all the companies I spoke with. They were also able to schedule service the next day, Friday, from 11-1. The two guys who came out (I believe Carlos and Jerry) were there by 12 and done with the full replacement of the water heater by 2PM. They were both very friendly and very professional, making sure I knew how to drain the new unit with recommendations. They left the area very clean and were just awesome to work with. HUGE fan of J&S and will call them for any future needs related to plumbing.**Do yourself a favor and do business with J&S. You will not regret it at all!

Cash did an outstanding job today reconnecting my plumbing as part of a kitchen renovation. I wanted to keep my old dishwasher but it was hardwired, and when it was disconnected the electrical line was cut. The new connection had to be plugged in but the dishwasher had no plug. I was stuck and thought I’d have to get a new dishwasher, but Cash suggested I get a dishwasher power cord. He looked it up for me at Lowe’s and told me exactly what to get. I got the cord from Lowe’s and in just a few minutes he removed the old cable and connected the new cord. This saved me hundreds of dollars and I’m grateful for him thinking outside the box. He did a great job with the plumbing and I would highly recommend J&S as a result of this experience.
